Weird.

The last several nights, I've been woken up very early in the morning by what sounds like someone speaking. I'd thought it was the lingering of a dream as I came out of a particularly persistent REM phase, but no. Right underneath my bed, there's someone speaking. It's unhurried and sounds like someone's alternating between a solemn sermon and a university lecture, but at 3 AM, and exactly underneath where I sleep.

The words are muddled and I can't quite make them out. There's nothing to do but go back to bed, but it's definitely new and definitely surreal.

Something similar happened again last night, but it pulled me out a particularly weird dream, so all I remember doing is yelling at something as I woke up. It stopped, so I assume the people thought I was yelling at them. = (
