Once every couple of years, and they usually go unrealized. Usually.

Yeah. I was sitting around my apartment doing some cleaning. The neurosis from my recent trip had mostly worn off, and suddenly I felt a strong impulse to engage in weird, symbolic behavior. Dye my hair a weird color (again), buy a bunch of new clothing, delete or end my old accounts and start them again with new names.

I'd done this, partially, by moving but some baggage just stays with you permanently. If nothing else, we're always getting older.
