Title taken from a book I'm currently reading. Actually, it's great. I was in a Borders the other day, and I saw it.
"This seems relevant to my interests." I said to myself, and began to page through it. When the first page mentioned a Depeche Mode song, I decided I'd take the risk.
Philosophy books are frustratingly pricy, but this one had a paper airplane on the front, so you know it's good. Anyhow, I was right. The book is directly relevant to my experiances, to the point that I might elaborate on it later.
But only if it's interesting.
There's been a little frustration lately, as I find myself in the middle of a few different conflicting interests. I find myself a combination of frazzled and worried. Vi isn't going to be around on any of my days off, which is a drag, because I don't really have to do anything in particular to enjoy the time I spend around her. Even running errands is enjoyable with her. So, providing she takes off after she picks up the Jelly and her things on Wednesday, there's a chance that I'll just end up turning in early.
Frank said Wormtongue was getting together as a group as a kind of Event, starting off with helping him move, and cumulating in dinner and everyone going to see Iron Man. I thought I'd be able to make it, but checking the calander proves otherwise. I'll still probably be able to help him move, though, because the Requiem LARP check-in doesn't start till 7:30. I guess the only problem is that they've been trying to snag me on non-work time for a couple of weeks now. Things would be easier if they just gave into peer pressure and joined the Cam. Heh.
Actually, if Frank ever had time free, he had said he'd try to make games. But since he's a restauraunt manager, he never really has weekends free except in really rare occasions. I think if one or two more joined, they'd all fall into line. /devious
