...I don't really think it's fair. I mean, I think it's kind of a double standard because I've got this thing where when I see someone on the internet posting something I'm interested in, I always wonder what they look like. I don't really care how they appear, I just want to associate a face with what I'm reading. I'll even Google famous writers, sometimes, if I associate their works with their person.
Like, I find it really interesting to think of William Gibson, this kinda gaunt, aging dude rattling away on a typewriter* writing about today's cool cyberpunk world.
And all I've got is this cool gear thingy. I might retire it. It's been there for a long time.
But it's not like people are really missing out. Just on kind of a thing dude with eyeliner stains and maybe too much wax in his hair. =D
Honestly, there arn't many pictures of me online because I'm hellah lazy. On therpgsite, I still don't think I even have an icon, and I'm reading on there all the time. I mean, I've even got it resized and ready to go. Laaazzy.
* Even though I know he works with a word processor now.
