On Mute

It's not that nothing is going on, it's just that a lot of it is internal and my thoughts are a little jumbled lately. Things are going pretty well at work, considering (I got my review in, and went to our monthly meeting), I continue to have a job, my holiday return is still on, yadda yadda.

Haven't gamed in a while because people have a hard time getting together. Briefly thought about my upcoming birthday, and Christmas, and relationships, and looking forward to seeing friends. If you read this, there are a few people who I would really love to see but have a terrible time trying to reach on the spur of the moment. That's cool! But if you want to get together at all, get in touch. I check all my methods of reaching me pretty regularly, so if you want to, you'll reach me.

In the meantime, I'm just doing my thing up here. I'm continuing to see more options available to me, so I'm trying to see what the best things for me to do are in the recent future. I've talked a lot about my plans at the end of my contract period, and at the moment, I have been thinking that unless plans come through in a major way, I'm expecting to return at the end of the period or see if I can transfer back to St. Louis, despite my like for my current area. That's not even close to a done deal, though. A huge amount can happen between now and next September/October, though I'd probably know for sure in August. It's a car-apartment-lifestyle triumverate that I'm looking for, in case you're interested, so basically, I'll keep you in the loop.
