Stuff happened during the convention, and it was largely fun. I went in having looked at the program and determined the stuff I wanted to do and, actually, ended up doing exactly none of it during the weekend which was incredibly frustrating at 9 PM on a Saturday night, but I helped with the canned food drive Katie ran, saw someone propose, met a bunch of people I wouldn't otherwise have, and then we all hit the St Louis zoo on Sunday.

I guess I'll call it a draw.

Some of this stuff deserves its own post, and maybe they'll get one - probably not, but it's difficult to narrow things down at the moment for me. I went from Post-Convention Let-Down (an affliction that effects introverts extra hard) to going back to work. I'm definetly still recovering from the whole thing. It's not bad. I'm not unhappy. It's just the natural headspace I've come to expect and, as I decompress, I slowly get stuff from the whole enterprise like a time-release pill. So, anyway.

I'm incredibly backed up on stuff I'm supposed to do. Just wickedly so, including talking about stuff like House of Cards, conventioning, Homestuck, and whatever else I'm actively involved in. Even when I wasn't working and I was turning out results like gangbusters (or so it felt), I was making fairly slow progress. I skipped 5 days entirely and I'm back at work again now, so just forget about it. I'm literally one battle away from finishing Fantasy General, so if you want the review on that, I'm pretty sure that's next. Maybe tonight, even, since I'm probably going to go home and play it like it's my job.

I really have no idea what I should actually go on about, since I'm fundimentally in a position where I need to triage my writing. If I've ever mentioned something you want me to elaborate on, or are just curious (the three of you who read this, I guess), by all means let me know.
