I know you gals and guys don't post here for my benefit, but I just wanted to let you know that I read everyone on my friend's list, and you all please me marvelously. My job is dull, and I really appreciate you folks given' my something to read all day!

Ha. Glad I can be of any help to getting someone through the day.

I was about to ask what your hours were, because I was amused at the idea of posting with an eye toward giving someone something weird to read at work but, uh... that seemed kind of bizarre and creepy.

I guess it's no less bizarre or creepy to just reference the idea than it is to come out and do it though.

It's not really that weird, imo. I write to an audience here, and there are things I don't talk about real often just because I've determined people arn't interested in it.

I tend to work more normal hours now. Before I moved, it was pretty much 8 to 5, and now it's just moved up two hours because I work in Central Time now. Before that, I worked second shift, and before that it was 10 hours of graveyard on a computer in an empty room. Right now, I'm busy most of the day, and I've learned to read large swaths of information in between 2 and three minutes.

Huh. I just saw that you're in Edwardsville. I had commented on rpg.net that we were from the same area, but I thought you were in St. Louis then. Before moving here to Carbondale, I spent two awesome years living with some of my best friends right there in Edwardsville.

I like it here in Carbondale, but I miss Edwardsville something fierce.

sure thing. I can't say I will never whine about stuff (Changeling got canceled last night due to snow, so whining about that may occur) but in general I try to at least be entertaining...assuming you like someone yammering about gaming and music.
