The December Update

I've been pretty quiet, lately, but I've gotten acceptible results from my work. I recieved a very solid A in my Modern Literary Studies class, which is my 501, and also mandatory. I got the highest B you can recieve before it's an A in my Diaspora Literature class, which was 521. I'm not especially pleased with that result, but it also wasn't based on the work I was producing at the end so much as the result of a few mediocre grades at the  beginning of the semester as I was being forced to split my time between the warehouse and academic work. I feel pretty positive about next semester.

I wrapped up last semester's work on the 10th and it feels like I've had ages away from work now that it's the 16th. I've really only had a few days where I was completely free (and one very nice evening at the wedding of a pair of good friends), and I've started to get the feeling that I've been sitting around pretty much forever. I've been doing some cooking, catching up at the house, and a pretty fair amount of Dragon Age: Inquisition. I'm probably going to spend the rest of my break laying some cursory groundwork for a panel on Homestuck I was asked to present at Kawa Kon, finishing some supernatural thrillers an acquaintance wrote, playing Dragon Age, and hoping the classes I signed up for don't get dropped due to lack of attendance.
