I killed my last attempted entry. I tend to run long, to my chagrin, but occasionally that length possesses meaning. Or at least something glib and amusing. I try to spare you otherwise, to varying levels success.
If you saw me on Friday and you saw me today, the fact that my hair is shorter is probably overshadowed by the fact that it is bright pink. This is, as I put it to a friend last night, as close to 'on purpose' as my actions will take me. There was every indication that my hair would become orange or, perhaps, a red of the type that we're most familiar being represented by cherry Jolly Ranchers. I don't actually have a good way to explain my new 'do except that it's pretty intense. However, I have not done this thing to freak the squares or any such thing. It was always my intention to dramatically alter my appearance right before hiding that light under a bushel, for bushel values that include worker's caps.
I canceled Changeling on Sunday, which I don't intend to be a regular thing. Iron Man II was out and I didn't have anything I felt confident pitting against that kind of alternate entertainment plan.
I really like Iron Man. I thought about giving a review, but I'm not really up for it. I like how he's a deeply flawed guy who's successful, but that's not really enough. He seems torn be a combination of desires. To be liked, to be good; he's already successful, but that's almost incidental; it's good for his ego, and he takes it for granted, but it's not what he's really interested in. As a minor spoiler, I've been watching a lot of Venture Bros. recently and after the film, I swear I almost referred to Stark as Rusty Venture.
There's some other stuff, but it's hard to post right now. Busy busy.

I think you have to copy/paste it into a browser. I washed my hair last night, resulting in streams of red dye which just indicated I got most of the dye out of my scalp. It also means it's a little more manageable, so there may be one or two other photos I can take after work.
I work at a secure environment, so taking pictures is a huge no-no, so no luck for the next like, 6 hours.
